Sutra on the Manifestation of the Infinite Buddha Lands

如是我聞：
Thus I have heard:
一時薄伽梵在摩揭陀國閑寂法林，坐妙菩提金剛堅固無量妙寶共所莊嚴紅蓮華臺師子座上，與十不可說俱胝那庾多百千佛土極微塵數大菩薩俱，及諸天、人、阿素洛等無量大眾前後圍繞。
Once, the Bhagavan was in the country of Magadha, in a quiet forest grove of Dharma. He sat on a lion throne, an exquisite lotus pedestal of red lotuses, adorned with countless precious jewels, firm and indestructible as diamond, beneath the wondrous Bodhi tree. He was accompanied by ten ineffable kotis of nayuta hundreds of thousands of Buddhalands' worth of dust-mote-counted Great Bodhisattvas, along with vast assemblies of gods, humans, and asuras, gathered around him front and back.
爾時，會中有一菩薩摩訶薩，名不可思議光王，承佛威神從坐而起，頂禮佛足，合掌恭敬而白佛言：「世尊！諸佛國土時分莊嚴，有勝劣不？」
At that time, a great bodhisattva named Unimaginable Radiance King, empowered by the Buddha’s spiritual presence, rose from his seat, bowed his head at the Buddha’s feet, joined his palms reverently, and addressed the Buddha: “World-Honored One, do the lands of the Buddhas differ in their excellent or inferior qualities, both in their division of time and their adornments?”
佛言：「善男子！我此索訶世界釋迦牟尼佛土一劫，於極樂世界無量光佛土為一晝夜；極樂世界一劫，於袈裟幢世界金剛堅固歡喜佛土為一晝夜；袈裟幢世界一劫，於不退輪音世界極妙圓滿紅蓮敷身佛土為一晝夜；不退輪音世界一劫，於絕塵世界法幢佛土為一晝夜；絕塵世界一劫，於明燈世界師子佛土為一晝夜；明燈世界一劫，於妙光世界遍照佛土為一晝夜；妙光世界一劫，於難超世界身放法光佛土為一晝夜；難超世界一劫，於莊嚴世界一切神通慧光王佛土為一晝夜；莊嚴世界一劫，於鏡輪世界月覺佛土為一晝夜。
The Buddha said: "Good man, one kalpa in my Saha world, the land of Shakyamuni Buddha, equals one day and night in the Land of Ultimate Bliss, the land of Infinite Light Buddha. One kalpa in the Land of Ultimate Bliss equals one day and night in the land of the Golden Vajra Joy Buddha in the Kasaya Banner world. One kalpa in the Kasaya Banner world equals one day and night in the land of the Utmost Perfect Red Lotus Embodied Buddha in the Irreversible Wheel of Sound world. One kalpa in the Irreversible Wheel of Sound world equals one day and night in the land of the Dharma Banner Buddha in the Dust-Free world. One kalpa in the Dust-Free world equals one day and night in the land of the Lion Buddha in the Bright Lamp world. One kalpa in the Bright Lamp world equals one day and night in the land of the All-Illuminating Buddha in the Wondrous Light world. One kalpa in the Wondrous Light world equals one day and night in the land of the Body Emitting Dharma Light Buddha in the Hard-to-Surpass world. One kalpa in the Hard-to-Surpass world equals one day and night in the land of the King of All Spiritual Powers and Wisdom Light Buddha in the Adorned world. One kalpa in the Adorned world equals one day and night in the land of the Moon Enlightenment Buddha in the Mirror Wheel world."
「善男子！如是世界展轉漸增，滿十不可說俱胝那庾多百千佛土極微塵數世界佛土最後世界佛土一劫，於蓮華德世界賢德佛土為一晝夜，於彼世界諸菩薩眾修治殊勝普賢行地。
"Good man! In this way, worlds gradually expand and multiply, until they fill worlds as numerous as the atoms of ten indescribable kotis of nayutas of hundreds of thousands of Buddha-lands. The time of one kalpa in the final world among those Buddha-lands equals one day and one night in the Lotus Virtue World's Virtuous Wisdom Buddha-land. In that world, the bodhisattva community cultivates the supreme practice of Samantabhadra's stage."
「善男子！如諸世界晝夜漸增，如是諸佛壽量身相、菩薩世界莊嚴亦爾，由彼有情福轉增故。
"Good man! Just as the days and nights in the various worlds gradually grow longer, so too does the lifespan, physical appearance, and the splendor of the Buddhas' and Bodhisattvas' realms increase, because the merits of living beings continue to grow."
「若有善男子、善女人聞此『顯示無邊佛土功德法門』歡喜信重、受持、讀誦、如理思惟、廣為他說，臨命終時，十方佛土無量諸佛皆現其前，慰喻讚美，令其增進無量善根，隨願往生諸佛淨國，乃至無上正等菩提，於生生中常憶宿命，修菩薩行速得圓滿。」
"If there are good men and good women who hear this 'Dharma Gate that Reveals the Incomparable Merits of the Buddha Land,' and they feel joyful faith, respect, accept it, uphold it, recite it, contemplate it in accordance with reason, and widely teach it to others—then at the time of their death, countless Buddhas from the ten directions will appear before them, offering comfort, praise, and encouragement. This will help them increase immeasurable good roots, and they will be reborn in the pure lands of the Buddhas according to their vows, until they attain supreme perfect enlightenment. In every life, they will always remember their past lives, cultivate the bodhisattva path, and quickly reach fulfillment."
時薄伽梵說此經已，不可思議光王菩薩摩訶薩并諸天、人、阿素洛等一切眾會，聞佛所說，皆大歡喜，信受奉行。
When the Blessed One had finished teaching this sutra, the great bodhisattva King of Inconceivable Light, along with all the beings gathered—including gods, humans, and asuras—heard what the Buddha had said. They were all filled with great joy, accepted his teachings with faith, and put them into practice.
