### 第四歸依門

> The Fourth Gate of Taking Refuge

弟子某甲，始從今身乃至當坐菩提道場，歸依如來無上三身，歸依方廣大乘法藏，歸依一切不退菩薩僧。惟願十方一切諸佛諸大菩薩，證知我等。至心頂禮。

> I, disciple \[Name\], from this very life until the moment I attain the seat of Enlightenment, take refuge in the Tathagata's supreme Threefold Body, take refuge in the vast and profound treasury of the Mahayana teachings, and take refuge in all the irreversible Bodhisattva Sangha. I sincerely pray that all Buddhas and great Bodhisattvas throughout the ten directions bear witness to my devotion. With utmost reverence, I bow in homage.
