> Namo Amitabha to the Honored One, his wisdom shines before all. Amitabha's sovereign light spreads everywhere, the infinite presence flows across majestic lands. Chant these sacred syllables with devoted heart—so be it. <note>"Duo" may be read with a falling tone like "duo" or "dai," as is convenient.</note>

阿彌陀佛身金色 相好光明無等倫白毫宛轉五須彌 紺目澄清四大海光中化佛無數億 化菩薩眾亦無邊四十八願度眾生 九品咸令登彼岸南無西方極樂世界大慈大悲阿彌陀佛南無阿彌陀佛或千聲。或三五百聲。或十念南無觀世音菩薩十聲南無大勢至菩薩十聲南無清淨大海眾菩薩十聲

> Amitabha Buddha's body shines with golden light, His marks and glow surpass all compare.
