> Chan Master Chun of Oujie

佛誕偈曰。毗嵐毒種毒花開。添得雲門醉後盃。今日柯橋風色惡。淡烟疎雨洗黃梅雜毒海載此偈是西岩作。悞也。

> A verse for the Buddha's birthday says: The poisonous seeds of the whirlwind bloom into poisonous flowers, Adding another cup to Yunmen's drunken toasting. Today, the wind by Keqiao is harsh and bitter, As faint mist and sparse rain wash the yellow plums. <note>The "Miscellaneous Poison Sea" records this verse as composed by Xiyan—this is a mistake.</note>
