> Master Qing of Yungu, Tiger Hill, Suzhou

題血書法華經偈曰。眼裏有筋皮有血。自家針劄自家知。一毫頭上能通變。紅菡萏花三四枝。

> Inscribed on the Blood-Written Lotus Sutra Verse: Within the eyes are sinews, upon the skin is blood. The needle’s prick, only the self knows its sting. At the tip of a single hair, transformation unfolds— Three or four blossoms of the red lotus in bloom.
