潭州雲蓋山景和尚號證覺禪師。僧問。國土晏清功歸何處。師曰。銀臺門下不賀。曰轉為無功時如何。師曰。王家事可然。

> The monk asked, "When the realm is peaceful and clear, where does the credit go?" The Master replied, "At the silver terrace gate, no congratulations are offered." The monk asked, "What about when it turns to having no merit?" The Master said, "The affairs of the royal house go as they may."
