### 贈禪客

> For a Zen Practitioner

了妄歸真萬慮空。河沙凡聖體通同。迷來盡似蛾投焰。悟去皆如鶴出籠。片月影分千㵎水。孤松聲任四時風。直須密契心心地。休苦勞生睡夢中。

> When false thoughts cease and truth returns, all worries become empty. Countless ordinary beings and sages share one fundamental nature. When deluded, they are like moths rushing into flames; when awakened, they are like cranes flying out of cages. The moon's reflection splits across a thousand streams; a lone pine tree's sound abides in the wind of all seasons. One must intimately merge with the mind's true ground, and not toil in the dreams of this weary life.
