有大醫王。治癡暗病。入泥入水。拍拍成令。喚醒夢宅。接續慧命。為法忘身。高提祖印。
There is a great physician-king, who cures the sickness of ignorance and delusion. He enters the mud and wades into the water, patiently guiding and shaping each one, awakening those who dwell in the house of dreams, continuing the life of wisdom. For the sake of the Dharma, he forgets his own body, holding high the seal of the ancestral teachers.
