### 書寶積經偈後

> After the Verses of the Ratnakuta Sutra

寶積經偈曰。四大假為女。其中無所有。凡夫迷惑心。執取以為實。女人如幻化。愚者不能了。妄見女相故。生於染著心。譬如幻化女。而實非女人。無智者迷惑。便生於欲想。如是了知已。一切女無相。此相皆寂然。是名女三昧。

> The \*Ratnakuta Sutra\* says: The four elements, when combined, form what we call a woman—yet within that, nothing truly exists. Ordinary beings, confused in mind, grasp at this form, believing it to be real. A woman is like an illusion; fools cannot understand this. Because they mistakenly see the appearance of a woman, they give rise to thoughts of attachment. Take, for example, an illusory woman—she is not actually a woman. Yet those without wisdom, deluded by her, begin to feel desire. One who understands this truly sees that all women are without inherent form. These forms are all tranquil and empty—this is called the samadhi of womanhood.

此偈載寶積經。句十六。字八十。辭旨朗然。譬如月在天碧。清光照人。涼入心肺。積生熱惱。當處冰銷。此就天機深者。染目得益而言也。如根器稍鈍。能讀而誦。能誦而思。能思而用之。則毛嬙西施。抱身執手。唼舌吮唇。何殊木偶。雖然。女人之為害大矣。漢李陵與虜戰。陵曰。吾士氣少衰。而鼓不起者何也。軍中豈有女子乎。搜於匿車下皆劒斬焉。明日復戰。斬首三千餘級。彼但畜之。已毀王師必勝之氣。今吾曹壞服毀容。求無上道。於欲而不能斷。淫機綿然。一旦觸境。不幸與之從事。不唯出苦無期。如針鼻缺。如石折難合。靜而思之。首可碎也。肝可裂也。心可刳也。遇如斯人。此觀破壞。生不若死。死而不生則已。死而有生。生必入地獄矣。
