赭時國，周千餘里。西臨葉河。東西狹、南北長。土宜氣序，同笯赤建國。城邑數十，各別君長，既無總主，役屬突厥。
In the country of Zhe Shi, a thousand li in circumference, bordered on the west by the Ye River, the land is narrow from east to west and long from north to south. The soil and climate are similar to those of Nu Chi Jian. There are dozens of towns and cities, each with its own local ruler, but with no overall sovereign; they are subject to the authority of the Turks.
從此東南千餘里，至㤄(敷發反)捍國。
A little over a thousand li southeast from here, one arrives at the country of Pihanya.
