「我聲聞中第一比丘尼，自識宿命無數劫事，所謂拔陀迦毘離比丘尼是。顏色端正，人所敬愛，所謂醯摩闍比丘尼是。降伏外道，立以正教，所謂輸那比丘尼是。分別義趣，廣說分部，所謂曇摩提那比丘尼是。身著麁衣，不以為愧，所謂優多羅比丘尼是。諸根寂靜，恒若一心，所謂光明比丘尼是。衣服齊整，常如法教，所謂禪頭比丘尼是。能雜種論，亦無疑滯，所謂檀多比丘尼是。堪任造偈，讚如來德，所謂天與比丘尼是。多聞博知恩慧接下，所謂瞿卑比丘尼是。」

> "Among my disciples who are bhikkhunis, the foremost in recollecting past lives across countless eons is Bhadda Kāpilānī. The one with dignified appearance, revered and beloved by all, is Khemā. She who subdues heretics and establishes the true teaching is Soṇā. The one who skillfully distinguishes meanings and expounds the Dharma in detail is Dhammadinnā. She who wears coarse robes without shame is Uttarā. With senses tranquil and mind ever unified, she is Vāḍḍhesī. Always dressed in accordance with the discipline, she is Paṭācārā. Proficient in diverse teachings and free from doubt, she is Sundarī Nandā. Capable of composing verses in praise of the Tathāgata’s virtues, she is Abhirūpa Nandā. Learned, wise, and compassionate toward all, she is Kisāgotamī."
