唐罽賓國沙門佛陀多羅譯

此翻譯名氏也。罽賓乃西域之國號，此云賤種，以此國開土，乃賤人自立為君長，故相傳為名。佛陀此云覺，多羅此云救，乃譯師之名也。傳譯年代，具載別傳。
