敬禮一切諸佛菩薩！
I pay homage to all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas!
救護一切面前住， 究竟發於菩提心，
一切有情作利益， 輪迴有情至彼岸。
癡心瞋心本自性， 慳貪貢高本自性，
始從今日至菩提， 未證中間不復造。
惡業貪瞋皆捨離， 制學依行恒歡喜，
隨喜正覺解所行。 自己恒時所修善，
不取菩提之正路， 若一有情未出離，
住於暗劫恒化利。 無量不思議劫中，
願常恒遊佛淨土。 某甲執名所作罪，
十方界中普皆聞， 自己身語之惡業，
於一切處恒清淨， 意中惡業亦清淨，
無邊惡業不復造。
I vow to protect all beings before me, And ultimately awaken the heart of Enlightenment. To benefit all sentient beings, And guide those in the cycle of existence to the far shore.
Ignorance and anger are their nature, Greed and arrogance are their nature— Yet from this day until I reach Enlightenment, I will not create them again.
Abandoning all evil actions, greed, and hatred, I will practice discipline with constant joy, Rejoicing in the path of the fully awakened ones. Whatever good I cultivate, always and forever,
I will not take the path to Enlightenment alone; If even one being remains unliberated, I will dwell in the dark ages, ever guiding and benefiting them.
Through countless inconceivable eons, May I always roam the pure lands of the Buddhas. May the wrongdoings I have committed, known by name, Be heard throughout the ten directions, And may all my harmful actions of body and speech Be purified in every place, And all harmful thoughts in my mind be cleansed— Never again will I create boundless evil.
