### 如來錫杖印呪之十四

> The Fourteenth Mudra and Mantra of the Tathagata's Staff

「先以右手大母指橫屈入掌，以頭指、中指、無名指、小指急握作拳，屈肘，掌當前平申。其左手把袈裟角，出頭四寸，亦屈肘當前平申。印呪曰：

> First, bend the right thumb across the palm, then tightly curl the index, middle, ring, and little fingers into a fist. Bend the elbow, extending the palm forward and level. With the left hand, grasp the corner of the robe, letting it extend about four inches beyond the hand. Also bend the elbow, extending the hand forward and level. The mudra and mantra are:

「『娜莫三曼多勃馱南唵度那奴箇反諮馱囉拏虎𤙖』

> "Homage to all the Enlightened Ones. Om, may all hindrances be cleared and wisdom shine forth. So it is."

「是法呪，若遇諸惡一切有情，則結是印用擁護身。

> This is the Dharma seal. When facing all beings who are wicked or hostile, form this seal to protect your body.
