仰白本尊徧照佛 大光明藏諸如來
本師應現釋迦尊 文殊普賢諸上首
十方大士并徒屬 平等會中諸上人
此界天龍眾類神 獲得他心道眼者
普願不捨慈悲力 證明我等二人眾
為修圓覺總持門
又有六時通用
至心同禮懺
