> Water Drinking Gatha

佛觀一鉢水 八萬四千蟲 若不誦此呪如食眾生肉

> The Buddha saw that in a single bowl of water, There are countless tiny living beings. If one doesn't chant this mantra, It is like eating the flesh of sentient creatures.

唵嚩悉波羅摩尼莎訶七遍如先禮佛後而飲水更妙
