### 2、相待即無性

> Dependent Existence Means No Intrinsic Nature

復次：

> Furthermore,

離行無無明，離無明無行，彼二互為因，是故無自性；自若無自性，云何能生他？以緣無性故，不能生於他。

> Without action, there is no ignorance; without ignorance, no action. The two depend on each other, so neither has an independent nature. If a thing has no independent nature, how can it give rise to another? Since conditions themselves are without inherent existence, they cannot produce anything else.

若離諸行，無明則不生；若無無明，亦不生諸行。此二互為因生故，皆無自性。若自無自性，云何能生他？是故自體不成之諸緣，非能生他。

「無明與行互為因，互因即是無自性，自性且無寧生他，是故諸緣不生法。」
