### 取非親里尼衣戒四

> Precept Against Accepting Robes from Unrelated Nuns

簡下二眾者。祇律中取下二眾衣不犯。多論取同犯。虛心送與者。疏云。謂乞得貿易得不犯。虛者太歡喜心與也。

> Regarding the two lower assemblies: According to the Vinaya of the Sarvāstivādins, taking robes from the two lower assemblies is not an offense. However, the Mahāsāṃghika Vinaya states that taking them is an offense. As for "giving with a humble heart": The commentary explains that if one obtains something through begging or trade, it is not an offense. "Humble" here means giving with a heart of great joy.
