### 過受衣戒第七

> Receiving Excessive Clothing Precept, Part 7

為他乞受犯者。前戒先自無心與無所違故。為他不犯。今此施亦為先局定足。為更受轉為餘人亦乖施心。為他亦犯。

> One who begs on behalf of another and receives something commits an offense. In the previous precept, the offense did not apply if one had no intention of giving and therefore violated nothing. But here, even if one first intends the gift for oneself, if one then transfers it to someone else, this also goes against the spirit of giving. Thus, committing an offense on behalf of another is also a violation.
