### 生七

> Seven Lifetimes

言念知身是幻。覺世匪堅。倘為身後以修因。何不生前而努力。式崇佛果。預布津梁。伏願炳若功勳。且作現前延壽籙。大哉輪誥。永為後世護身符。觀音菩薩為作證明。地藏能仁不妨印可。

> Reflecting deeply, I know this body is but an illusion, and I realize this world is not enduring. If we wish to cultivate the cause for what lies beyond death, why not strive earnestly while still alive? Thus we honor the fruit of Buddhahood and prepare the bridge to liberation in advance. I humbly pray that my merits shine brightly, serving now as a record of extended life. Magnificent are the sacred vows, eternally a protective charm for generations to come. Guanyin Bodhisattva bears witness to this, and Earth Treasure Bodhisattva, the Compassionate One, may well affirm it.
