### 子幼亡

> I was orphaned as a child.

妙齡耿耿氣如虹 豈謂天年遽爾終流水生涯駒過隙 浮雲世事電飛空生來既稟香囊戒 死去宜歸寶月宮若悟法身無罣碍 好乘雲馭步圓通

> Young and bright, her spirit soared like a rainbow— Who would have thought her years would end so soon? A life like flowing water, a steed glimpsed through a crack, Worldly affairs like drifting clouds, a flash of lightning across the sky. Born with the precepts of the fragrant pouch, At death, she belongs in the Palace of the Precious Moon. If one awakens to the Dharma body, free from all hindrance, Ride the clouds and step into perfect realization.

膝前不見寧馨兒 頓遣双親雨淚垂蘭葉辭柯今已矣 鳳雛離穴復何之深嗟誰續箕裘業 不覺虗增眷屬悲惟仗佛乘資薦力 珠還合浦耀軒墀

> A beloved child no longer sits before their knees, Suddenly both parents' tears fall like rain. Orchid leaves have left the branch—all is done now; The young phoenix has left its nest—where has it gone? Deeply we sigh: who will carry on the family craft? Unknowingly, grief only deepens among loved ones. We rely solely on the power of the Buddha's path to aid and guide, That the pearl may return to its home waters, shining bright upon the hall.
