摩醯首羅天法要
爾時摩醯首羅天於天上與諸天女遊戲化樂作諸伎樂，忽然於髮中化出一天女，容顏端正伎藝第一，諸天之眾無能過者，而說呪曰：
「曩謨欝爾灑摩毘藥(二合)尸佉地毘也(二合)鉢囉(二合)鉢底(丁以反)野式伽羅者僧(去)林僧(去)林但儞也(二合)他濕嚩(二合)諾底兼跋囉麼諾哩儞吽泮吒(半音)」
「持誦此呪者，不問淨與不淨、有妻無妻、食五辛酒肉與不食，常誦持者一切善願悉得成就，況三業清淨人早成悉地更有何疑？若有人日沒之時，誦此呪一百八反，即有効驗。
If you recite this mantra, it doesn't matter if you are pure or impure, married or unmarried, whether you eat the five pungent foods, drink alcohol, eat meat, or abstain from them. If you constantly recite and uphold it, all your good wishes will be fulfilled. How much more so for a person whose three karmas are pure—they will swiftly attain spiritual accomplishments; what doubt could there be? If someone recites this mantra one hundred and eight times as the sun sets, there will be immediate effect.
「次畫像法。先畫摩醯首羅天像，容顏奇特端正殊妙，從髮際化出一天女，端正第一垂妙瓔珞，兩手絡環釧，左手捧天花，與天王相視喜媚之容，右手向下捻裙之勢，於左膝上坐摩登伽天。
The method for painting the image is as follows: First, paint the image of Maheshvara Deva. His countenance is uniquely majestic, dignified, and exceptionally beautiful. From his hairline, a celestial maiden manifests. She is supremely graceful and adorned with exquisite jewels. Both her hands are adorned with bracelets and armlets. Her left hand holds a celestial flower, and she gazes at the Heavenly King with a joyful and charming expression. Her right hand gestures downward, lightly holding her skirt. Seated upon his left knee is Matangi Devi.
「次說手印相。二羽外相叉左押右成縛，檀惠進力竪，禪智申相合禪庾為請召。真言曰：
Next, I will explain the hand-seal gesture. Interlace the fingers of both hands, left over right, to form a binding. Extend the middle and ring fingers of both hands upright, then join the tips of the thumbs and little fingers together, forming a gesture of invitation. The mantra is as follows:
「唵尾跢羅娑(上)柅跛羅摩哩馱抳瞋馱抳瞋馱抳頻馱尼頻馱抳娑嚩(二合)賀」
「若有人日日受持此印真言供養摩醯首羅天者，種種得驗。亦每作是印呪供養一切諸佛，諸佛生歡喜，兼療一切諸病有驗。
「若誦滿一千反，令婦人生歡喜。若誦二千反，令一切人生歡喜。若誦三千反，得非人愛樂。誦四千反，一切毘那多羅鬼皆歡喜。誦五千反，一切龍女生歡喜心。乃至誦一萬反，一切天、龍、藥叉、五通神仙皆悉歡喜。若人欲見本身者，取燒死人殘柴，誦呪一百八反招之，即得見本身。又法若能降伏怨家者，取赤土畫其形，書其姓名，以左脚踏之，誦呪一百八反，不論遠近彼人自然來向所降伏。又法若欲令夫婦相愛，畫其形、書姓名，准前法踏之，即相愛敬。又法若欲欲得國王大臣一切諸人敬愛者，准前法作之。若療鬼病者，取伽陀木截作二十一段，呪二十一反，一呪一燒，病差。若神病，取阿魏、安悉香、雄黃、青木香、苦練葉各等分，擣篩和水為丸，誦呪燒之，病即差。若狐媚病，取雄黃、安悉香、芎藭、獨頭萩、𡱝角、羝羊尿、白馬懸蹄、驢夜等，各分此八味為朱燒之，薰入鼻孔及塗身上。若欲成結界者，以水呪七反，散灑四方，隨意遠近如法成結界。」
摩醯首羅天王法要
此法中摩醯首羅者，東北伊舍那天也。
