本奧云長寬元年七月下旬沙門章觀書寫了。
> Honpō says: Written by the monk Shōkan in late July of the first year of the Chōkan era.
同年八月七日一校了。
> Revised on the seventh day of the eighth month of that year.
元祿十七年甲申正月二十二日南陽釋昇子和南拜寫字高雲俗壽三十六僧臘二十四同二月十日一校了。
> In the 17th year of the Genroku era, on the 22nd day of the first month, the Nanyang monk Shengzi Henan respectfully copied this text.His style name was Gaoyun. He lived 36 years in secular life and spent 24 years as a monk.On the 10th day of the second month of the same year, it was proofread once.
悲夫原本艸書間有蠧滅望于後得善本校正補書。

寶永二年。乙酉二月二十五日。重以異本校正補書。始于正月二十九日。終于今朝。伏願以斯般若功力。洛陽檀越性榮信女滅罪生善發菩提心。孝子松永氏源公息災延命福智現前。乃至自他法界蒼生齊生般若種智者。
> In the second year of the Hōei era, on the twenty-fifth day of the second month, I once again used different editions to correct and supplement this text. The work began on the twenty-ninth day of the first month and was completed this morning. I humbly pray that through the power of this Prajñā wisdom, the lay devotee Seie Shinnyo in Luoyang may have her negative karma eliminated, may give rise to virtuous deeds, and may awaken the Bodhi mind. May her filial son, Matsunaga-shi Genkō, enjoy relief from disaster, longevity, blessings, and wisdom, with these virtues manifesting before him. Moreover, may all beings throughout the Dharma realm and among the common people simultaneously give rise to the seeds of Prajñā wisdom.
南陽愚僧昇和南謹識俗壽三十七
> The foolish monk Shenghuo from Nanyang respectfully recordsLived thirty-seven years in the secular world.
雖先書一本。寶永元年四月十一日為暴火燒却。以故重書盈余書庫。伏願功德餘風本師空老人福智圓滿諸願成就者也。
> Although a copy was previously made, it was destroyed by a sudden fire on the eleventh day of the fourth month in the first year of the Hōei era. Therefore, I have rewritten it and placed it in my library. I humbly pray that the merit of this act may overflow like a cool breeze, bringing wisdom and blessings to completion for my original teacher, the Elder Kū, and that all their wishes may be fulfilled.
南無大慈大悲天滿大自在天神。
> Homage to the greatly compassionate and supremely sovereign god, Tenjin.
神力演大光 普照無際土 消除三垢冥廣濟眾厄難
> Divine power radiates a great light, Shining universally upon boundless lands, Erasing the darkness of the three poisons, Broadly rescuing beings from all perils and hardships.
寶永六年己丑夏四月 洛陽毛利源公亭子再挍此書了釋昇常 四十一歲謹誌
