### 妙峰和尚舉龕

> Master Miaofeng's Reliquary Raising Ceremony

寶棺說法。特為末世不孝兒孫。金槨雙趺。示彼將來可信之法。世尊一片婆心。現此未曾有事。爭似我今日先師大和尚。放下身心。一切不管。懨此大眾喧繁忻彼青山空寂。所謂此處不安身。自有安身處。

> The Buddha's sermon from within the jeweled coffin was especially meant for the unfilial children and grandchildren of the final age. His golden coffin and crossed feet revealed a teaching for future generations to believe. The World-Honored One, with a kind grandmotherly heart, manifested this unprecedented event. But how could this compare to my own great master, who has now set aside body and mind, caring for nothing? He tired of the noisy crowds here and delighted in the tranquil green mountains. As it's said: "If this place offers no rest, there will surely be a place to find peace."
