### 達觀尊者舍利

> Venerable Shariputra

緣生之法無有因。無因又因白業生。眾生緣熟舍利現。無緣對面如目盲。非色非心亦非我。無形無相無方所。堅剛一片虗空身。擬涉思惟即話墮。五色新鮮真靈異。八斛四斗無窮計。或得灰壤或雨烟。隨所知量不思議。老人行履無他方。一味時中毗舍偈。了得身心本性空。歷諸患難如平地。往往勸人受持者。坐脫立亡等兒戲。亦甞限數脫狴牢。自利利他終不二。舍利舍利曠劫修。豈比尋常好容易。若得見聞供養者。即時布種無生位。

> The dharma born of conditions has no cause. Without cause, yet born from pure karma— When beings' conditions ripen, a relic appears; If conditions lack, they face it blind. Not form, not mind, nor self; No shape, no mark, no place. A solid, single piece—the body of empty space; One thought of seeking, and you fall. In five fresh colors, truly wondrous; Eight bushels, four pecks—countless measure. Some find ash, some find rain; Each according to their knowing realm, inconceivable. The elder's path goes nowhere else; In every moment, the verse of Vaiśālī. Realize that body and mind's nature is originally empty— All hardships pass like level ground. Often urging people to uphold it, Passing away sitting or standing is mere child's play. Sometimes, through limited means, freeing from prison's bonds, Benefiting self and others—never two. Relic, relic—cultivated through endless kalpas; How could it be ordinary, easily achieved? If you see, hear, and make offerings, Instantly you plant seeds in the birthless state.
