> Master Guzhuo

一個蒲團。一罏寶香。兀然而坐。無可思量。謂其是也頭上添頭。謂其非也何曾兩樣。他年欲問和尚真。祇這却堪留供養。

> A single meditation cushion. A precious incense burner. Sitting upright with nothing to ponder. If someone says this is "it"—that's like adding a head on top of a head. If someone says this is "not it"—has it ever been any different? In the future, if you want to ask about the true nature of a monk, Just this presence here is worthy of offering.
