> Seeing Off Tao Hezhou Returning to Yue

君回越中去。寄我越中思。徂歲曾栽柏。今春活幾枝。水田當小滿。僧眾值忙時。致問吾徒輩。艱辛知不知。

> You who return to the heart of Yue, send back my longing for that land. Years ago we planted cypress trees— this spring, how many branches live? The rice fields near full ripeness, the monks are deep in work. Ask my fellow students there: do you know how hard it is?
