### 漁家樂

> Fisherman's Joy

家計一生非別有。孤身隨處甚逍遙。江魚村酒無餘味。酣醉橫眠待日高。

> A family's livelihood is not something separate from you; A solitary person drifts freely wherever they go. River fish and village wine have no lingering taste— Drunk and sprawled, they sleep, waiting for the sun to climb high.

綠楊蔭下攬孤舟。拳枕鼾眠萬慮休。醉醒移橈隨分去。更無名利惑心頭。

> Beneath green willows, I moor my lonely boat, Pillowed on an arm, I snore—all worldly cares afloat. Drunk or sober, I move the oar as fate decrees, No more do fame or fortune trouble my heart with unease.

柳綠桃紅映碧波。清閒無事且高歌。光陰有限休虗度。慢酌寬懷學護鵞。

> The willows are green, the peach blossoms red, reflecting on the emerald waves. With peace and leisure, we simply raise our song. Our days are numbered—do not waste them idly. Sip slowly, ease your heart, and learn to protect life like a watchful swan.

夜宿蘆汀晝出湘。人間浮利懶思量。直鈎不釣貪生者。負命希求度渴腸。

> At night, I lodge among the reeds by the shore; by day, I sail out on the Xiang River. The fleeting gains of the human world—I’m too lazy to dwell on them. My hook is straight, for I do not fish for those clinging to life. Only those truly fated to be saved may come, yearning to quench their hungry thirst.

虗利浮名久已休。禦寒不已葢羊裘。時人不識漁家樂。却謂呈身衒漢矦。

> The hollow glory and fleeting fame I've long let go, Keeping warm, I simply wear a coat of sheepskin. People of today don't understand the fisherman's joy— Instead, they say I'm showing off, a man of official rank.
