子生人，向此星下生，祿食黍，有厄宜供養此經及帶本星符，大吉。
A person born under this star will enjoy prosperity and sustenance from millet. If they face difficulties, it is most auspicious to make offerings of this sutra and carry a talisman of their birth star.

丑生亥生人，同向此星下生，祿食粟，有厄宜供養此經及帶本星符，大吉。
Those born in the Year of the Ox or Pig, if born under this star, will receive sustenance and grain. Though they may face difficulties, making offerings to this sutra and carrying the talisman of their birth star will bring great fortune.

寅生戌生人，同向此星下生，祿食粳米，有厄宜供養此經及帶本星符，大吉。
Those born in the Year of the Tiger or the Year of the Dog, who come into the world under this star, will receive blessings of fine grain and sustenance. If they face difficulties, they should make offerings to this sutra and carry the talisman of their birth star. This will bring great fortune.

卯生酉生人，同向此星下生，祿食小豆，有厄宜供養此經及帶本星符，大吉。
Those born in the year of the Rabbit or the Rooster are both born under this star's influence. Their fortune is tied to small beans, and they may face difficulties. It is highly auspicious for them to make offerings to this sutra and carry the talisman of their birth star.

辰生申生人，同向此星下生，祿食麻子，有厄宜供養此經及帶本星符，大吉。
Those born in the years of the Dragon, Rat, or Monkey, all come into the world under the influence of this star. Their fortune is tied to hemp seeds, and they may face difficulties. It is highly auspicious for them to make offerings to this scripture and carry the talisman of their ruling star.

巳生未生人，同向此星下生，祿食大豆，有厄宜供養此經及帶本星符，大吉。
For those born under this star, whether in the past or in the future, may you all find nourishment and sustenance. If you encounter difficulties, it is most auspicious to make offerings to this sutra and carry the talisman of this star.

午生人，向此星下生，祿食小豆，有厄宜供養此經及帶本星符，大吉。
Those born at noon, under the influence of this star, will find sustenance in small beans. If faced with misfortune, it is auspicious to make offerings of this sutra and carry the talisman of this star.
南無貪狼星，是東方最勝世界運意通證如來佛。
Homage to the Star of Greedy Wolf, who is the Tathagata Buddha of Unobstructed Realization through Intention from the Eastern World of Supreme Victory.
南無巨門星，是東方妙寶世界光音自在如來佛。
Homage to the Great Gate Star, who is the Buddha of the Eastern Wondrous Jewel World, the Tathagata of Self-Mastery in the Light of Sound.
南無祿存星，是東方圓滿世界金色成就如來佛。
Homage to the Star of Prosperity, who is the Buddha of Golden Accomplishment from the Eastern Perfect World.
南無文曲星，是東方無憂世界最勝吉祥如來佛。
Homage to Wenquxing, the Tathagata of Supreme Auspiciousness in the Eastern World of No Sorrow.
南無廉貞星，是東方淨住世界廣達智辨如來佛。
Homage to the Star of Integrity, who is the Tathagata Buddha of Vast Wisdom and Eloquence from the Eastern World of Pure Abiding.
南無武曲星，是東方法意世界法海遊戲如來佛。
Homage to the Star of Martial Prowess, who is the Tathagata Buddha of Dharma Ocean's Playful Display from the Eastern Realm of Dharma Intent.
南無破軍星，是東方琉璃世界藥師琉璃光如來佛。
若遇行年災厄，禮此經七拜。
爾時佛告文殊師利菩薩：「所說此經，有大威神、有大威力，能救一切眾生重罪，能滅一切業障。若有比丘僧比丘、宰官居士、善男子善女人、若貴若賤大小生命，皆屬北斗七星所管。若聞此經，受持供養轉讀、勸於朋友親族骨肉受持者，現世獲福、後世得生天上。若善男子善女人，或先亡過者墮於地獄，或受種種苦楚，若聞此經信敬供養，即得先亡離於地獄，生於極樂世界。若有善男子善女人，或被鬼魅所侵、邪魔所嬈，惡夢怪異魂魄驚恐，若聞此經受持供養，即得魂魄安寧，永無恐怖。若善男子善女人，或有仕官身役善發征行，若遇此經信敬供養，即得仕官高遷甚大吉。若善男子善女人，或是疾病纏身欲求輕差，當於淨室燒香供養此經，疾病痊瘥。若善男子善女人，欲得進達及以出行經紀、求財稱遂興生貨賣，若遇此經信敬供養，即得求財稱遂出入大吉。若有善男子善女人，或養蠶虛耗、六畜不安，即於淨室燒香供養此經，即得田蠶遂意六畜孳榮，永無損失亦無災障。若有女人懷胎難月，若遇此經信敬供養，即一得母子分解厄難消除，所生兒女皆得端正長命果報。若善男子善女人，須知北斗七星管人生命，一生之中所有災厄、官事口舌、釜鳴百怪，若遇此經信敬供養，一無妨害。」爾時文殊師利言：「善男子善女人恭敬信受。」作禮而散。

(薄草決十七本命下引用此經。今年幸得栂尾山法鼓臺傳習之本於洛北福勝密寺，施國訓鑄版。于時享和二歲次壬戌紀號仲夏月沙門快道記。豐山小池坊輪下總持院 一挍加筆訖慈順)
