> Chapter 35: Purifying Conduct to Remove Defilements

佛言。如人鍛鐵。去滓成器。器即精好。

> The Buddha said: "Just as a blacksmith hammers iron, removing the impurities to forge a fine vessel, so too does one purify the mind to achieve a state of excellence."

學道之人。去心垢染。行即清淨矣。

> Those who practice the Way should wash away the impurities of the mind. Then their conduct will be pure and clear.
