### 慶元府雪竇覺印道榮禪師

> Chan Master Jueyin Daorong of Xuedou, Qingyuan Prefecture

郡之陳氏子也。　僧問。寒山逢拾得時如何。曰。揚眉飛閃電。云。更有何事。曰。開口放毫光。云。如何是向上一路。曰。七六八。

> He was from the Chen family in the prefecture. A monk asked, "What happens when Hanshan meets Shide?" The master replied, "Raising the eyebrows, lightning flashes." The monk asked, "What else is there?" The master said, "Opening the mouth, a radiant light is emitted." The monk asked, "What is the path that goes beyond?" The master said, "Seven, six, eight."
