### 黃梅五祖山真慧天澤霖禪師

> Zen Master Tianze Lin of Huangmei Wuzu Mountain

上堂。今朝六月六。猫兒狗子俱沐浴。狸奴白牯放毫光。普請念道真言呪。一免寒暑災。二免無明逐。卓拄杖曰。一切情與無情。承此呪力。悉得平等。各各具足。雖然動則穿却鼻孔。不動則平地死漢。具眼衲僧。如何通變　早參。昨夜三更失却牛。天明起來失却火。三世諸佛總不知。假雞聲韻難瞞我。任是神通自在。也須一一勘過。

> The master ascended the hall and said, "Today is the sixth day of the sixth month. Cats and dogs are all taking baths. The water buffalo and the white ox emit radiant light. We invite everyone to recite the true mantra together, to avoid the disasters of heat and cold, and to avoid being chased by ignorance." He struck his staff and said, "All sentient and insentient beings, through the power of this mantra, attain equanimity and are each complete in their own nature. However, if you move, you pierce your nostrils; if you don't move, you're a dead man on flat ground. O monks with clear eyes, how do you adapt and transform?" For the morning session, he said, "Last night at the third watch, I lost the ox. At dawn, I lost the fire. Even the Buddhas of the three times do not know this. The fake rooster's crow is hard to deceive me. Even with supernatural powers and freedom, you must still be examined one by one."
