妙圓單複絕中邊。 五五機輪互換難。 絃管調來聲律合。梭絲織出錦文觀。 身心一一能分應。手眼千千不可謾。 似付鹽梅巖叟用。 和羹無復見醎酸。

> Subtle and perfect, singular and manifold, transcending center and edge. The fivefold wheels of mechanism interchange, intricate and profound. Strings and pipes are tuned, their tones and rhythms harmonized. Shuttles and threads weave a brocade of patterns, a sight to behold. Body and mind—each part responds distinctly. Hands and eyes—countless in skill, none can be deceived. Like salt and plum given to the old hermit of the cliffs for use, Blending the soup, no trace of saltiness or sourness remains.
