米坊能者較些些。 七百僧中獨作家。 半夜傳來衣有據。機前收得鏡無瑕。 祖師只麼閑舂碓。若子如今莫撒沙。 古井先秋念枯冷。 金繩釣出玉蝦蟇。

In the deep of night, the robe is passed—a clear lineage, Before the moment of awakening, the mirror is flawless. The Patriarch simply pounds rice in idle ease, But you, my disciple, must not scatter sand.
