### 心上人乞食求頌

> The Heart's Beloved Seeks Alms and a Verse

去去之人乞食心。春風浩蕩洗叢林。 松蹊香膩糝黃粉。竹塢清癯包玉簪。 炊甑分珠齋鉢滿。淨瓶汲月夜塘深。 歸來磨濯光明在。 向道塵泥不涴金。

> Those who go forth, seeking alms with humble heart, In spring's vast breeze, the forest groves are cleansed anew. Pine paths are fragrant, dusted with pollen's golden hue, Bamboo groves stand serene, wrapped in jade-like dew. The alms bowl fills with grains, a shared and simple feast, The pure vase draws the moon from the pond's deep, still night. Returning, polished bright, the inner light has not ceased— For gold, though touched by dust, retains its radiant light.
