> On the Eighth Day of the New Year, Paying Respect to Master Zhenwu of Xixi

雨華几席自清馨。 茗盌初收篆縷青。 柔弄柳條風剪剪。冷濡梅蘂雪星星。 不嫌黃卷閑遮眼。有意微塵破出經。 思大氣吞三世佛。 兒孫未到敗門庭。

> Raindrops grace the mat, a pure fragrance lingers, As tea is cleared, the incense smoke still twines. Willow branches sway in the gentle breeze, Plum blossoms glisten with cold, star-like frost. No disdain for the yellow scrolls that rest before my eyes, For even in a speck of dust, the sutra's truth unfolds. The mind, vast enough to hold the Buddhas of three ages, Yet descendants falter, failing to uphold the gate.
