在車橋北宋隆德間錢氏建祥符中改淨戒院先是宋元豐中吳處厚以皇嗣未立上書乞立程嬰公孫杵臼廟詔封嬰為成信侯杵臼為忠智侯廟食於絳後又以韓厥存趙孤三人皆以春秋祠于祚德廟紹興二十年建祚德廟于院內以春秋二仲祭之至正末張氏據聖壽青蓮二寺為府而廟亦廢
