"At the crown, a single seed-syllable, Wondrous and unique, the central honored one. The Blazing Brilliance manifests as a Buddha form, From every pore, rays of light scatter. Upon the crown, the five Buddha forms are worn, The two hands are like Shakyamuni's.
To the right is the noble Manjushri, Crowned with the topknot of Five Wisdoms. His left hand holds a blue lotus, Upon the lotus stands a vajra of wisdom. His right hand wields the great sword of insight, Seated in half-lotus posture on a lotus.
In front is the honored Buddha-Eye, Her body's hue is that of a red lotus. Her left hand forms the seal of the Five Eyes, Her right hand makes the Buddha's fist.
To the left is Vajrapani, His form is white tinged with red. His right hand holds an upturned lotus, Upon which stands the Five Wisdoms. His left hand holds a bell in the seal, He sits in half-lotus on a lotus.
Next comes the Unfathomable One, His face and body are the color of molten gold. His two hands are clasped in a fist inside, His two forefingers bent to face each other, With the backs of the nails touching, She sends this gesture respectfully toward Manjushri.
Next is the Protecting Wisdom, His form is white, like a lotus. His right hand of wisdom covers his heart, With the middle finger extended straight upwards.
To the right is Bhrikuti, Her hue is that of jade. Her two hands are in the gesture of meditation, Her left hand holds an unopened lotus. Her right hand makes the gesture of fearlessness, Her two rearmost hands are in the gestures of meditation. Her left grasping a rosary, Her right holding a water pitcher.
Next appears Avalokiteshvara, Also known as Wish-Fulfilling Wheel. His left palm holds a wish-fulfilling jewel, His right hand extends in the boon-granting mudra. His body is white tinged with red, He dwells within a great lotus.
Outside these eight honored ones, A single boundary path is drawn encircling them. Upon that boundary path, The four noble ones' dharani are inscribed: The Blazing Light, The Mother of Buddhas, the Buddha-Eye, Manjushri, and Vajrapani. These secret words are written on the back. White chalk, gold, and silver— All are fitting for the supreme truth."
