> Instructions for the Elderly Lay Practitioner

色身固有衰嬴。法性本無退滅。盡除萬累。純淨一心。淨心而淨土。斯成往生。而無生自達。

> The physical body inevitably decays, but the true nature of reality never diminishes or fades. By letting go of all burdens and purifying the mind single-heartedly, one realizes that a pure mind leads to a Pure Land. Thus, rebirth is achieved, and the state of no-birth is naturally attained.
