第三成驗法
The Third Method of Verification
「每月十八日，以境及以結印念誦。除十齊日，不須對鏡及以結印。但於平朝未辛肉時，誦持此呪一百八遍已。是不絕四十九日，每有善惡吉祥災變，準提菩薩令二聖者隨其人。所有善惡心之事呪七遍，洗面灑身，心想作歡喜想，能令國王大臣長者生恭敬心。是即歡喜如臣敬君、如父愛子心，隨其所欲，乃至身命皆無所惜悉得成就。若有短命長病眾生，月十五日夜曉，燒安悉香，誦此真言一千遍，魔鬼失心狂走，狐𤢌惡鬼皆於鏡中見形，教殺即殺教放即放，更不再來，增壽無量。若復有人無福無相，求官無遷、貧苦所逼，每十齊日常誦此呪，能令現世得轉輪王位，所求官克當稱遂。
On the eighteenth day of each month, recite while visualizing the realm and forming the hand mudra. Except on the ten fasting days, there is no need to face a mirror or form the mudra. Simply in the early morning, before eating meat, recite this mantra one hundred and eight times. If you do this without interruption for forty-nine days, then whenever good or bad fortune, auspiciousness or calamity arises, Cundi Bodhisattva will send two holy beings to follow that person. Whatever good or evil matters are in one's heart, recite the mantra seven times, wash the face and sprinkle water on the body, and think joyful thoughts — this can cause kings, ministers, and elders to develop a respectful heart. This joy is like a minister respecting his lord, like a father loving his child. Whatever one desires, even one's own body and life will be given without regret, and all will be accomplished. If there are beings who are short-lived or long-ill, on the night of the fifteenth day at dawn, burn anxixiang incense and recite this true word one thousand times — demons and ghosts who have lost their minds and run mad, foxes and evil spirits will all appear in the mirror. Tell them to kill and they kill, tell them to release and they release; they will never come again, and life will be increased immeasurably. If again there are people without merit or auspicious marks, seeking office without advancement, oppressed by poverty and suffering, who recite this mantra constantly on each of the ten fasting days, they can attain the rank of a wheel-turning king in this very life, and whatever office they seek will be obtained according to their wishes.
「若人欲行及欲作事，先當思惟準提聖者，心念此呪具滿七遍。若可營為，端身少頃，其身自然搖動，即知克遂及以吉慶。若身剛強、向前向後，即知不遂，必有災難。若欲召四天王、梵王、帝釋、二十八部天、波旬等，對鏡結印，頭指來去，於清淨處高聲誦二十一遍，賢聖閻羅王鬼眾，隨情必至不敢前却，所有驅使隨情皆得。若欲知此法成與不成，具滿七遍依法誦呪，夢中見佛菩薩及以華菓，口吐黑物復吃白物，即知成就。」
If a person wants to undertake something or do some work, they should first think of the holy Cundi, and mentally recite this mantra a full seven times. If the endeavor can be carried out, their body will naturally sway for a moment; then they will know it will succeed and bring good fortune. If the body stays stiff and rigid, leaning forward or backward, then they will know it will not succeed and there will surely be disaster.
If one wishes to summon the Four Great Kings, Brahma, Indra, the twenty-eight divisions of gods, and Mara Papiyas and others, one should face a mirror, form the mudra, and move the index fingers back and forth, then recite loudly twenty-one times in a pure place. The sages, King Yama, and the hosts of ghosts will come as one wishes, not daring to retreat, and whatever tasks one assigns will all be accomplished as desired.
If one wishes to know whether this practice will succeed or not, one should recite the mantra a full seven times according to the method. If in a dream one sees Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, flowers and fruits, and spits out black things and then eats white things, then one will know it has succeeded.
