唵阿謨伽尾嚧左曩摩賀母捺囉二合麼抳鉢納麼二合入嚩二合攞鉢囉二合韈哆野吽
Om. The revered, the blessed, the bearer of the jewel, the one who enters the radiant flame — I bow to you. Hum.
毘盧遮那如來為授母陀羅尼印三昧耶神通法品而最為第一，若有過去一切十惡、五逆、四重諸罪，燼然除滅。若有眾生隨處得聞此大灌頂光真言二三七遍經耳根者，即得除滅一切罪障。若諸眾生具造十惡、五逆、四重諸罪，猶如微塵滿斯世界，身壞命終墮諸惡道。以是真言加持土沙一百八遍，尸陀林中散亡者尸骸上、或散墓上，遇皆散之。彼所亡者，若地獄中、若餓鬼中、若修羅中、若傍生中，以一切不空如來不空毘盧遮那如來真實本願大灌頂光真言神通威力加持沙土之力，應時即得光明及身除諸罪報，捨所苦身，往於西方極樂國土，蓮華化生，乃至菩提更不墮落。復有眾生連年累月痿黃疾惱苦楚萬端，是病人者先世業報。以是真言於病者前一二三日每日高聲誦此真言一千八十遍，則得除滅宿業病障。若為鬼嬈魂識悶亂失音不語，持真言者加持手一百八遍摩捫頭面，以手按於心上額上加持一千八十遍，則得除差，摩訶迦羅神作病惱者亦能治遣。若諸鬼神魍魎之病，加持五色線索一百八結，繫其病者腰臂項上，則便除差。若諸瘧病，加持白線索一百八結，繫頭項上及加持衣著，即令除差。若加持石菖蒲一千八十遍含之，與他相對談論，則勝他伏。若以胡椒、多誐囉香、青木香、小柏檀黃、囉娑惹娜(唐言小栢汁)等數末，治水丸如棗，加持十萬遍，便當陰乾。若患一切鬼神病種種瘧病、或毒藥中、或失音者，當以藥和水研之，加持一百八遍，數點兩眼、額上、心上，當怒加持，則便除差。作病鬼神若不放捨，即當頭破如阿梨樹枝。若諸毒蟲蛇蝎螫者，以藥塗眼即便除差。
Vairocana Tathagata, for the sake of transmitting the Mother of Mantras Mudra Samaya Supernatural Power Dharma teaching, is foremost among all. If there are any past offenses—the Ten Evils, the Five Heinous Crimes, the Four Grave Offenses—they are completely burned away and eliminated. If any being, wherever they may be, hears this Great Consecration Light True Word two, three, or seven times pass through their ear, they immediately eliminate all karmic obstacles. If beings have committed the Ten Evils, Five Heinous Crimes, and Four Grave Offenses—as numerous as dust motes filling this world—and their bodies perish and lives end, they fall into the lower realms. By empowering earth and sand with this True Word one hundred and eight times and scattering it over the corpses of the deceased in the charnel ground, or scattering it over their graves, wherever it is scattered—whether those deceased are in hell, in the realm of hungry ghosts, in the realm of asuras, or in the animal realm—by the power of the earth and sand empowered through the supernatural might of the True Word of the Great Consecration Light, which is the true original vow of the Boundless Tathagata, the Boundless Vairocana Tathagata, they immediately attain radiance and a body, eliminate all karmic retributions, cast off their suffering bodies, and are reborn in the Western Land of Ultimate Bliss, born spontaneously from a lotus flower, and never again fall until they reach Enlightenment.
Furthermore, if beings suffer from jaundice, illness, and countless varieties of pain for years and months on end, this sick person's affliction is the karmic retribution of past lives. By reciting this True Word aloud in front of the sick person one thousand and eighty times each day for one, two, or three days, their past karmic illness obstacles are eliminated. If someone is tormented by ghosts, their consciousness is confused, and they lose their voice and cannot speak, the practitioner empowers their hand one hundred and eight times and strokes the person's head and face. Then, placing the hand upon the heart and forehead, empowers one thousand and eighty times, and they are immediately cured. Illnesses caused by Mahakala spirits can also be healed and dispelled. If there are illnesses caused by various ghosts and malevolent spirits, empower a five-colored thread with one hundred and eight knots and tie it around the sick person's waist, arms, and neck, and they are immediately cured. If there is malarial illness, empower a white thread with one hundred and eight knots, tie it on the head and neck, and also empower their clothing and put it on them, and they are immediately cured. If one empowers calamus one thousand and eighty times and holds it in the mouth while conversing face to face with another, one will prevail and subdue them. If one takes pepper, tagara incense, costus root, small cypress, sandalwood, yellow sandalwood, and rasajana(In Chinese: small cypress sap), grinds them into powder, makes water pills the size of jujubes, empowers them one hundred thousand times, and then dries them in the shade—if one suffers from all manner of ghost illnesses, various malarial diseases, poisoning, or loss of voice, one should grind the medicine with water, empower it one hundred and eight times, and apply it several times to both eyes, the forehead, and the heart while empowering with fierce intent, and one will immediately be cured. If the ghost causing the illness refuses to release its hold, its head will split into seven pieces like the branches of an arali tree. If one is stung by poisonous insects, snakes, or scorpions, applying the medicine to the eyes immediately cures it.
又法以新米𡅄羅，澡浴清淨著淨衣服已，以藥和水研，加持一百八遍點米𡅄羅眼中，奮怒加持一千八十遍，則便起坐，所問皆答。欲放者，加持白芥子水二十一遍，散米𡅄羅上，即便如舊。若為貴人相請喚者，以藥點眼當往見之，則相賓敬。
