> Cuìyán Zhen

函蓋乾坤事皎然。 何須特地起狼烟。 遒人舞鐸東君至。不令花枝在處妍。

> The truth of all things is clear and bright as day, Why stir up needless dust along the way? When spring arrives, the herald's bell rings clear, No need for flowers to bloom everywhere.

截斷眾流為更論。 河沙諸佛敢形言。 星移斗轉乾坤黑。稍有絲毫實不存。

> To cut off all streams for further discussion, Even the Buddhas as numerous as Ganges' sands dare not give form to words. Stars shift, the Dipper turns, heaven and earth go dark. If even the slightest trace exists, reality is not preserved.

隨波逐浪任高低。 放去收來理事齊。 一等垂慈輕末學。柰緣潦倒帶塵泥。

> Riding the waves, rising and falling as they may, Letting go and gathering in, principle and affairs are one. Showing equal compassion, yet lightly regarding those of lesser learning, Alas, my own disheveled state is still tainted by worldly dust.
