應一白三白不作 或作不白或多白
作多羯磨是非法 不舉亂舉非毗尼
不來不與應訶訶 為彼白此是非法
背作後白法相似 不來欲與訶不訶
如白如作是如法 舉罪法舉如毗尼
(Translation of the given rows)
The first, second, third readings should not be performed. If performed, whether incomplete or with many omissions, it is not proper. Performing many formal procedures is against the Dharma. A false accusation or a chaotic accusation is not in accord with the Vinaya.
(Separate Assembly)
If one does not come, does not give consent, and should be reprimanded but is not reprimanded— making that proclamation for him is against the Dharma. Turning away and later making a proclamation that resembles the proper procedure, not coming, not giving consent, and not reprimanding when one should be reprimanded—
When the proclamation and the procedure are as they should be, it is in accordance with the Dharma. The procedure for raising an offense, if done according to the Vinaya, is proper.
