### 婆羅跢印呪第八唐云隨心

「起立地上，脚如丁字，左脚丁尾，右脚丁頭，小屈右膝。屈左臂肘，臂向肩上，手掌向身，大指、食指以把華莖，中指、無名指雙屈，勿著華莖，小指小曲，屈腕。右手總申臂并指向下，掌背當右䏶側，勿著䏶上。呪曰：

「『唵一阿𠼝耶二婆路輕呼枳帝攝跋二合囉去音耶三菩提薩埵去音耶四摩訶薩埵去音耶五摩訶迦嚧尼迦去音耶六跢姪他七阿私跢私八虎嚕虎嚕九素嚕素嚕十莎訶十一』

「是法印呪，若求法驗者，蘇曼那莖然火。又更別取蘇曼那莖，段別寸截三十一段，用酥、酪、蜜三種相和，一一別取蘇曼那莖塗酥、酪、蜜，誦呪一遍投著火中，如是燒盡三十一段，次第作之即得大驗。

「若小兒病，用五色線，一呪一結，成三七結，繫其頸上，呪師手作此印印小兒項，其病即差。若其呪師自身病者，先作水壇，縱廣二肘。其壇中心著一水罐，滿盛淨水，以五穀子著其罐中，復以柳枝塞於罐口。結界已竟，面向正西，一心誦呪一百八遍，然後舉罐灌自頂上已，用此左印為護身印，印身七處，其病即差。

> If a child is ill, take a five-colored thread and tie one knot with each recitation of the mantra until twenty-one knots are made. Tie it around the child's neck, and the healer, forming this mudra with their hands, presses it against the child's neck—the illness will then be cured. If the healer themselves falls ill, first prepare a water altar, two cubits in length and width. Place a water jar at the center of the altar, filled with clean water, and put five kinds of grains inside the jar. Seal the mouth of the jar with a willow branch. After establishing the boundary, face due west and recite the mantra single-mindedly one hundred and eight times. Then lift the jar and pour the water over your own crown. Afterward, use the left-hand mudra as a protective seal, pressing it on seven places of your body—the illness will then be cured.
