Mahā Vaiśravaṇa Deva Rāja Dhāraṇī Ritual Manual (摩訶吠室囉末那野提婆喝囉闍陀羅尼儀軌)

藥叉立身印第一
以右脚直、左脚踏地，相去一肘許。以左手三指直竪，以大指捻小指甲上託腰，三指向前，以右手五指拓面上作嗔色。結界繞壇，右轉一度一呪。即說呪曰：
「唵(一)帝婆藥叉(二)盤陀盤陀(三)訶呵訶呵(四)莎訶(五)」
