竊檢諸阿闍梨目錄。並於貞元錄中。抽其新入經法。以為真言一家教門。諸舊譯中陀羅尼法。皆不取之。遂使學者不了取由欠博覽焉。今據八家祕錄。以為二十部類。類類之中更分法類。類類之內頗加舊翻。雖非神呪亦引願緣。又諸錄中或據本錄唯存略題。或隨意樂各列廣名。仍令後人難見跡蹠實。今載本末之名目。亦示存略之異同。又諸錄中。諸阿闍梨祕不載者。若有見聞並亦加矣。
After examining the catalogs of various Acharyas, and drawing from the new scriptures and Dharma methods included in the Zhenyuan Catalog, I have compiled them into the teachings of the Mantra school. The Dharani methods from older translations are not included. As a result, students do not understand the sources of these teachings, lacking broad knowledge. Now, based on the secret records of the eight schools, I have organized them into twenty categories. Within each category, further divisions have been made. Some older translations have also been included. Although they are not divine mantras, they are still introduced as sources of aspiration and affinity. In various catalogs, some records only list brief titles, while others, based on personal preference, provide extensive names. This makes it difficult for later generations to trace the original works. Now, the full titles and origins are provided, along with indications of differences in brevity or detail. Additionally, methods that were kept secret by various Acharyas and not recorded in earlier catalogs, if encountered or heard of, have also been added.

新來經法並注將來之人名。為恐繁文各取一諱。前後教門亦出寫得之寺號。若不寫者更不言之。
When new scriptures and commentaries are transmitted, their original authors' names can create confusion. To avoid cumbersome repetitions, each author is given a single title. The teachings transmitted by different schools also include the names of the temples where they were copied. If a temple's name is unknown, it is simply not mentioned.
