> Chapter on the Discrimination of Sounds

辨音又問幾般輪，幾種修持可證真。單複圓門雖有異，靜幻寂觀要區分。各安標記欲探結，先慕求哀悔罪根。二十五輪依幻覺，無修習處示修因。

> Identifying sounds, we ask: how many kinds of turning wheels are there? How many types of practice can truly lead to realization? Though the gate of the single, the dual, and the complete may differ, Still, stillness, illusion, and calm contemplation must be distinguished. Each sets its mark, seeking to uncover the knot, First, one must yearn with sorrow, confess, and cleanse the root of wrong. The twenty-five wheels rely on an illusory awareness, At the place of no practice, the cause of practice is shown.
