上遡天台，下及蕅益，施註於玅經者不為少，各自披新獵異，此立彼破，始涉徒讀之三四過而不通，未見如石門圓明禪師合論，能就自己所證，向不說破處說之者。會有印氏將梓以傳，余頷之曰：足是為講經者之點眼藥。便加國字訓於其傍畁之。然比年以抱痾故，氣懦不能參詳互校，於罪我者所不暇計，敢告諸方，幸下鉛筆焉。刻成，歲在壬午，重自京華歸于東奧之春也。
