### 相相離相心心印心略解

> Brief Explanation of Forms Apart from Forms, Mind Seals Mind

原夫境逐念生。念泯則相相離相。妄依真起達真則心心印心。惟其離也。有相皆歸實相。即斯印矣。無心不屬真心。是以滯相迷真。頭頭障礙。背塵合覺。法法圓通。心相大端。略申管見。精微詳釋。以俟多聞。

> The object arises from the mind’s thoughts; when thoughts cease, each appearance sheds its own form. Delusion arises based on reality; when reality is understood, each mind reflects the mind itself. Because appearances shed their own forms, all forms return to the true form. And because the mind reflects itself, no mind falls outside the true mind. Thus, staying attached to appearances and being lost in reality brings obstruction at every turn. But when you turn away from the dust and unite with awakening, every phenomenon becomes perfectly unobstructed. This is a brief, simple view of the broad principles of mind and appearance.
