### 阿彌陀佛立華池讚

> Amitabha Standing in the Lotus Pond Praise

極樂世界七寶池 池中蓮華無數量有大寶華高湧出 阿彌陀佛住華上神通變現丈六身 微妙莊嚴金色相圓光映徹逾琉璃 化佛菩薩悉無量白毫瑩淨放光明 攝取眾生歸安養觀音侍左勢至右 九品往生咸瞻仰彼佛神力不思議 十方諸佛皆讚嘆我今憶念佛神通 願命終時登彼岸

> In the Pure Land's Jeweled Pond of Seven Gems, Countless lotus flowers bloom in the pool. A great jeweled lotus rises high above; Amitabha Buddha sits upon this flower. With radiant powers, he manifests a body sixteen feet tall, Subtle, wondrous, adorned with a golden hue. His halo shines clear, bright as crystal, And countless transformation Buddhas and bodhisattvas appear. From his white hair-tuft, a pristine light shines forth, Drawing beings to return to the Land of Peace and Nurturing. Guanyin stands to his left, Shizhi to his right; Those reborn in the nine grades all gaze in reverence. The Buddha's transcendent powers are beyond all thought; All Buddhas of the ten directions sing his praise. Now I call to mind the Buddha's wondrous power, And pray that at life's end, I may reach that other shore.
